Data Collection

MindFort does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All your data, including focus sessions, profiles, schedules, and statistics, is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

Screen Time API

MindFort uses Apple's FamilyControls and ManagedSettings frameworks to block apps during focus sessions. This requires your explicit permission. App selection tokens are opaque and cannot be reversed to identify specific apps.

App Group Storage

Some data is shared between the main app and its extensions, including the shield screen, activity monitor, widgets, and Live Activities, via a local App Group container. This data never leaves your device.

Analytics & Tracking

MindFort contains no analytics SDKs, no crash reporting services, and no advertising frameworks. We do not track your behavior in any way.

Notifications

Local notifications are used to remind you about session starts, session ends, and focus progress. These are processed entirely on-device and are not sent through any external service.

Third-Party Services

MindFort uses zero third-party services. The app is built with Apple's native frameworks and does not send data to external services.

Children's Privacy

MindFort is designed for personal adult use. It uses FamilyControls individual authorization, not child or parental controls.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app update notes and on this page.
